Please follow the steps below to make a claim and we will endeavor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Model number and part number: Go to the relevant product page and note the model number of the product and the part number of the missing or damaged part.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of purchase: Keep your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or purchase order) to justify the purchase of the product from our company or an authorized dealer.<\/li>\n<li>Photograph: Take a clear, detailed photograph of the missing or damaged part, and of the product as a whole, to help us understand the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Description of the problem: Write a brief description of the problem, specifying the circumstances in which the part is missing or damaged.
