Warranty

1) Have a copy or a picture of your receipt to hand.

2) Send an email to [email protected] that includes:

  • Your full name, mailing address, and phone
  • The model # of your GSC
  • The parts needed and quantity
  • A copy or picture of your

Please note that we cannot ship to a PO box.

Missing parts

If you find a part missing or damaged in any of our products, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below to make a claim and we will endeavor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

  1. Model number and part number: Go to the relevant product page and note the model number of the product and the part number of the missing or damaged part.
  2. Proof of purchase: Keep your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or purchase order) to justify the purchase of the product from our company or an authorized dealer.
  3. Photograph: Take a clear, detailed photograph of the missing or damaged part, and of the product as a whole, to help us understand the problem.
  4. Description of the problem: Write a brief description of the problem, specifying the circumstances in which the part is missing or damaged. This will help us to better understand the situation and avoid abuse.
  5. Contact information: Provide your contact details (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) so that we can contact you for further information or to keep you informed of the progress of your claim.
  6. Send us your complaint: Submit your complaint, including the elements mentioned above, to our customer service department using the form provided.
