His background spans retail, wholesale, industrial, and e-commerce channels, with a strong focus on commercial strategy and cross-functional alignment. Over the past two decades, Jason has helped shape iconic brands including Stanley Black & Decker, Milwaukee Tool, Suncast, Broan-NuTone, and Camco Manufacturing; leading initiatives that delivered sustained growth, stronger margins, and smarter commercial operations.

At GSC, Jason will lead our commercial organization, integrating sales and marketing to drive growth and deepen our market impact. His leadership style is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and he’s passionate about building systems that elevate both performance and culture.
